Our client, a reputable national firm, is on the lookout for a skilled legal assistant specializing in corporate law to provide support to two partners in their downtown office. This role is ideal for bilingual candidates who are organized and eager to collaborate with esteemed lawyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare legal documents;
  • Assist in the completion of transactions;
  • Maintain diligent follow-up on files and deadlines;
  • Enhance organizational efficiency;
  • Conduct necessary research across various platforms and registries;
  • Review and edit documents and correspondence;
  • Track time, manage expenses, and oversee billing;
  • Effectively coordinate schedules;
  • Engage with clients as required.

Required Profile:

  • Relevant educational background (DEC, office administration techniques, or equivalent);
  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate law;
  • Proficient in both French and English, spoken and written;
  • Exhibit initiative and maintain confidentiality.

* Our client caters to a clientele with both national and international reach and must provide services in both French and English. A strong command of both languages is essential for this position.
