We are seeking a skilled Dental Ceramist to join our team at ADAMO DENTAL STUDIOS. As a key member of our dental laboratory, you will be responsible for creating high-quality dental restorations that exceed our patients\u0027 expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare plaster models and moulds for dental restorations
- Cast gold or metal alloys for bridges and denture bases
- Finish metal framework of dentures to precise specifications
- Polish and buff dentures to a high shine
- Ensure safe handling and storage of hazardous products
- Adhere to strict safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Proficient in plastering, waxing-up, casting, polishing, and assembly techniques
- Experience with ceramic or porcelain application for dental restorations
- Knowledge of gold dies and goldwork for dental restorations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Repetitive tasks and attention to detail are essential
- Ability to distinguish between colours and maintain hand-eye coordination
- Regular sitting and manual dexterity required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive commission structure
- Permanent full-time position with 40-44 hours per week
- English language required for communication with clients and colleagues
