- Develop and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or office administration.
- 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
