THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering strong client relationships for Residence Inn Toronto Airport. This dynamic role requires a proactive approach and engagement with clients and stakeholders to maximize occupancy and revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets for the assigned area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and adjustment of sales strategies.
  • Utilize techniques and strategies to maximize room occupancy and yield, especially during high-demand periods and last-minute opportunities.
  • Work closely with hotel teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills set with the ability to creatively strategize to exceed goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset and strategic thinker with proficiency in sales reporting and market analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, market trends, competitors, and client preferences.
