Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in the RV parts department
  • Provide necessary parts to RV technicians for repair orders
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by helping clients find the right products
  • Conduct parts inventory audits
  • Manage inventory, including outdated stock
  • Oversee financial performance, analyzing department expenses and revenue to maintain profitability
  • Supervise daily operations of the Parts department
  • Coordinate deliveries and returns
  • Maintain an organized workspace
  • Collaborate with service managers and technicians to optimize workflow
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

  • Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Experience in parts management
