Compensation: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
Available Positions: 1
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and evaluate the work activities of staff members.
- Develop work schedules and procedures while coordinating tasks across departments.
- Resolve work-related challenges and compile reports for management.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of staff regarding their roles, safety protocols, and company guidelines.
- Manage inventory and supplies effectively.
- Ensure the seamless operation of computer systems and equipment.
- Organize maintenance and repair services as needed.
- Perform the same responsibilities as the team members being supervised.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in hospitality management or supervisory roles is essential.
- Education: Completion of secondary education is mandatory.
