Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming phone and walk-in inquiries regarding CLP products
  • Secure sales orders through telephone sales and email correspondence
  • Support purchase order and back order processes to complete operational functions
  • Provide a world-class experience to customers through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Partner with our experienced sales team to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through follow-up and increase interest in other CLP products and services
  • Office Management - administrative duties and organizing/scheduling key events, ordering supplies, etc.
Qualifications:
  • Charming, dynamic, and positive attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organization
  • Team player, independent yet supportive
  • Completion of University degree or College diploma preferred
  • Successful track record with 2+ years of sales
  • Account management an asset
  • Proficiency in CRM use, Microsoft Office - Word and Excel
