Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules to ensure optimal store performance.
  • Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff, including sales clerks and retail salespersons.
  • Balance cash and record sales to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Client-focused and efficient in interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of flexibility and reliability.
