About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our Trade and Broadcasting department at Complete Home Furniture + Appliances. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, resource allocation, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives, including market analysis, competitor research, and trend identification.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to support business initiatives and ensure effective use of company assets.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of senior staff, including directors and middle managers, to achieve business objectives and promote a positive work culture.
  • Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations, meetings, and other official functions, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
  • Financial Management: Establish and manage financial controls, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure the organization's financial health and stability.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a trade or broadcasting industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions.
