Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at TDS (Total Delivery Solution) Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering goods to various locations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient delivery process.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver goods to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Operate a company vehicle, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies
  • Load and unload goods, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery
  • Use maps and other trip planning aids to optimize delivery routes and reduce fuel consumption
  • Record trip information, including vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any issues encountered
  • Collaborate with central dispatch to ensure seamless communication and efficient delivery operations
Requirements
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles)
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and handling heavy loads
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliability, organization, and accuracy in all aspects of the job
Work Environment

As a Delivery Driver with TDS (Total Delivery Solution) Ltd., you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues on a daily basis. You will be required to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, and may be required to travel to different locations.
