Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Paving Stone Installer to join our team at The Grounds Guys. As a key member of our landscape construction team, you will be responsible for installing interlocking paving stones, creating visually appealing and durable surfaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Site Preparation: Prepare sites for interlock installations, ensuring a stable and level surface.
  • Stone Placement: Install interlocking paving stones, flagstone, and retaining walls, ensuring a high-quality finish.
  • Finishing Tasks: Complete finishing tasks, including grading, installing new sod, and creating new gardens.
  • Landscape Tools and Equipment: Operate landscape tools and equipment, including heavy machinery.
  • Health and Safety: Follow health and safety guidelines at all times, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy loads repetitively and work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Requirements: Must have a G license and a car, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in landscape construction.
  • Compensation: Competitive salary range of $25-$30 per hour.
