Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing prompt and courteous service to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports, providing regular updates on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
    • Establish work schedules, ensuring that all staff are adequately trained and prepared for their roles.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and physically demanding tasks.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral communication skills.
    • Efficient interpersonal skills.
    • Client focus and team player attitude.
