- Authorize payments, returns, and other financial transactions.
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs.
- Customer Service and Sales
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Sell merchandise and promote products to meet sales targets.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, merchandising data, and personnel metrics.
- Communication and Teamwork
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to achieve business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule
- 40 hours per week.
