About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Emterra Group. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance management system, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Administration: Set up and maintain our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), ensuring all assets are accurately recorded and up-to-date.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues within the system, communicating with the CMMS provider as needed.
  • Service Request Management: Facilitate the workflow of service requests from initial request to completion, dispatching work to internal teams or external contractors as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide front-line support to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory tracking systems, recording deliveries, shipments, stock levels, and part location.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on work demand and completion, pulling reports as required for operational managers and external departments.
Requirements
  • Education: Technical diploma or technical training (2 years) in maintenance, facility management, or electro-mechanics service is desired.
  • Experience: Must have demonstrated strong technical skills and proficiency with spreadsheets and databases, including data entry and report creation. Experience working in a CMMS and/or financial systems is considered an asset.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate issues and communicate in a professional way. Strong organizational skills, including handling multiple projects with competing deadlines.
