TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated professional to take on the role of Head of Property Management. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Property Management and will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of both residential and commercial real estate assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operational functions and provide strategic guidance to direct reports and stakeholders.
  • Drive enhancements in systems and processes; collaborate with senior management to propose cost-effective operational improvements.
  • Manage various aspects of assigned properties, including leasing, market analysis, maintenance, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Support the creation and execution of standard operating procedures to facilitate business growth.
  • Foster a positive work culture and provide strong leadership to all team members.
  • Oversee staffing, employee development, and retention initiatives.
  • Conduct departmental training sessions, including updates on legislative changes.
  • Enhance tenant relations and maintain positive interactions.
  • Work closely with internal teams on new property design and development to ensure operational excellence.
  • Maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Negotiate service contracts and ensure compliance with established guidelines.
  • Set standards to optimize customer service, efficiency, and overall effectiveness.
  • Provide on-site support as needed.
  • Be available for after-hours duties when required.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in a relevant field.
  • Over 7 years of experience in property management.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Familiarity with Yardi Voyageur is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and related software.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Certification in Property Management (CPM) or Real Property Administration (RPA) is advantageous.

Compensation:
