Position Overview

The Motel Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the motel, ensuring a high standard of service and operational efficiency.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment

This role is set within a dynamic hotel, motel, or resort environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules and procedures for staff.
  • Perform duties alongside supervised staff to maintain service standards.
  • Assist guests with specific needs to enhance their experience.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff in their job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Oversee the maintenance of computer systems and equipment, coordinating repairs as necessary to support business continuity and customer service.
  • Order materials and supplies to meet operational demands.
Work Conditions
  • Fast-paced work environment requiring the ability to work under pressure.
