The Cigna Group is at the forefront of transforming the pharmacy landscape in Canada. We are currently seeking dedicated Registered Pharmacy Technicians to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing patient care and ensuring efficient pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process prescription refills accurately using Kroll, including third-party adjudication.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to manage renewal requests and maintain patient medication continuity.
- Document all interactions meticulously to uphold high-quality service standards.
- Collaborate with fellow technicians and pharmacy staff to share best practices and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Pharmacy Technician licensed in Ontario.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with healthcare and pharmacy operations, with bilingualism in French and English considered an asset.
- Proficient in Kroll software and MS Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain accuracy in data entry.
