Cybersecurity Strategy Leader

Intact Financial Corporation is seeking a driven and experienced Director of Cybersecurity Strategy and Enablement to lead our cybersecurity initiatives and safeguard our digital assets. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the alignment of our cybersecurity posture with our strategic roadmaps and business objectives.
As the Director, you will develop and execute a comprehensive cyber strategy, leading a team of cybersecurity professionals and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across the organization. Your expertise in cybersecurity risk management will be crucial in navigating regulatory inquiries and emerging requirements within the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a robust cybersecurity strategy that aligns with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of cybersecurity professionals.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate security considerations into all aspects of the business.
- Stay abreast of evolving cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and regulatory landscapes.
- Oversee information security project management, ensuring timely and successful implementation of initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing technical teams within the cybersecurity domain.
- Proven expertise in cybersecurity risk management frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly preferred.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
