Production Line Operator

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our production team as Production Line Operators. In this role, you will play a vital part in the manufacturing process, ensuring the consistent production of our delicious frozen dough products.

Responsibilities:
  • Successfully complete a comprehensive 3-month training program focused on OKFD's operational procedures and safety protocols.
  • Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and food safety standards to maintain a clean and secure working environment.
  • Operate production and packaging line equipment efficiently and safely, ensuring consistent product quality.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail, adhering to strict quality control measures throughout the production process.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products, including their weight, dimensions, and visual characteristics.
  • Follow all OKFD cleaning procedures to ensure a hygienic and sanitary work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • Possess basic computer skills, along with proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics.
  • Prior forklift experience is considered an asset.
  • While a Food Safe certification is beneficial, in-house training will be provided to all successful candidates.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Maintain a high level of physical energy and stamina to meet the demands of the role.
  • Be flexible and able to work rotating shifts.
