Civil and Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil and Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at BBA. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional technical quality and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Participate in the various stages of the design and production of engineering documents, including civil and utilities drawings, access roads, underground services, drainage systems, and earthworks.
- Project Execution: Optimize and select preferred site layouts, prepare feasibility studies and technical reports, and prepare construction plans and specifications for civil works.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Coordinate work with other civil engineers and technicians, ensure quality control of the work of engineers and technicians, and provide mentorship and coaching of junior engineers and designers.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and champion the BBA brand.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in designing infrastructures, such as roads, underground utility networks, drainage systems, and earthworks.
- Skills: Proficiency in technical writing, knowledge of Civil3D, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Personal Qualities: Results-driven, inspirational leadership, willingness to work together while having fun, constantly seeking sustainable and agile solutions, ability to see beyond established standards, rigour and ethical.
