Position Overview

The Front End Supervisor at ELEGANCE HAIR DESIGN plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the front end of our business. This position involves overseeing the daily activities of the sales team and ensuring that customer satisfaction is prioritized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Assign tasks to sales personnel and oversee their performance.
  • Recruitment and Training: Conduct hiring processes and facilitate training sessions for new employees.
  • Inventory Control: Manage merchandise orders and maintain organized inventory.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules for the team.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports related to sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
Work Environment

The role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
