Main Responsibilities

The Procurement & Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing team, ensuring timely receipt of inputs for production and planning components for customer orders. This role requires in-depth knowledge of ERP/MRP principles and materials management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the purchasing team and ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies.
  • Collaborate with the quality management team to ensure supplier qualification and external audits.
  • Provide leadership in purchasing activities, including strategic negotiation with suppliers.
  • Directly supervise a team of 4 people and ensure their performance is aligned with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement and inventory management.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP principles and materials management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
