Your Role:

As a key member of our production team, your primary focus will be on ensuring that our guests receive top-quality bakery items. You will take pride in crafting delicious products that our customers love. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and presenting bakery items according to Tim Hortons standards.
  • Assisting guests with their needs and responding to special requests in a friendly manner.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area.
  • Following all operational guidelines for equipment usage.
  • Minimizing food waste and ensuring product freshness.
