Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our operations at THUNDER TRANSPORT. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office and facilitating communication within the team.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings.
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings and events.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
  • Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments.
  • Handle telephone communications and relay messages effectively.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries promptly.
  • Compile and maintain data, statistics, and other relevant information.
  • Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and reservations.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
Work Environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage repetitive tasks.
Personal Attributes
  • Strong team player with a focus on reliability.
Experience Requirements
  • Experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months is preferred.
