About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team at SS&S Consulting Inc. as a Financial Data Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
  • Financial Data Entry: Enter financial data into our accounting system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key financial trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
