Welder - Custom Fabrication Expert

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Welder to join our team at RSR Road Surface Recycling Limited. As a Fabrication Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal parts and products using various welding techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Interpret and execute welding process specifications to ensure high-quality products.
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, including flame-cutting equipment, to fabricate and repair metal parts.
- Examine welds to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications.
- Determine the weldability of materials and select the appropriate welding process.
- Operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines to prepare metal for welding.
- Fabricate and repair metal parts and products using various welding techniques.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in fabrication welding.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Hand-eye coordination and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Work in a dusty and noisy environment.
- Exposure to odors and other environmental hazards.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Permanent full-time position.
- 40 hours per week.
- English language work environment.
