About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team at MGA, a leading architecture and design firm. As a key member of our construction administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and coordinate contract and construction phase documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of detailed production drawings and models, utilizing Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Review construction sites for conformance to contract documents and building codes, enforcing all aspects of the construction documents.
  • Collaborate with our design team, sub-consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Exercise independent judgment and analysis to resolve significant issues.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree from an accredited Architecture or Technology program.
  • Registration with the AIBC is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant architectural contract administration experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and construction phase software such as Procore.
