Job Title: Building Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Tatem And Wolf. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our buildings, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for maintenance and repairs
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Maintain accurate financial records and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments
  • Establish work schedules and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in cleaning and maintenance
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
