About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Snow School Administrator to join our team at Lake Louise Ski Resort & Summer Gondola. As a key member of our Snow School team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating instructor schedules, and managing snow school products sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries, complaints, and comments in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate instructor schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and meeting customer demand
  • Manage snow school product sales, including cash, debit, and credit transactions, as well as cash out procedures
  • Analyze and interpret customer needs, offering solutions and resolutions to meet their expectations
  • Perform other duties as required to support the Snow School team
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in recreation management or a related field an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including split shifts and weekends
