Job Title: Photo Lab Specialist

At London Drugs, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Photo Lab Specialist to join our team. As a Photo Lab Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting in the production of all photofinishing, while providing exceptional customer service at the photofinishing counter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Printing, processing, and sorting film of all sizes and types.
  • Maintaining equipment under the direction of the Photo Lab Manager.
  • Mixing chemicals and general housekeeping.
  • Scanning film using a PC for digital delivery of images.

This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.

Requirements:
  • Experience with film processing, photography equipment, and basic desktop applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook or equivalent).
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
