We are looking for a freelance/independent contractor to work with us as to provide remedial support, on occasion, for our client.

We are looking for a Cable Technician in the Duncan area to go on site for a client as a sub contractor.

**Onsite tech tasks**:
1. Establish maintenance window for outage, if/as necessary, with project contact for onsite deployment.
2. Terminate the cable as needed and required
3. Mount new equipment and power in ideal locations, heavily considering recommendations made via an onsite review for this project:
a. T-Bar mount APs in the Virology and Serology Labs, with cables run through the drop ceiling. Standard barrier step ladder will be required.
b. Clamp mount AP mounted to the open steel truss structure in the theatre, with cable run through the conduit "To Room 103" from the LAB Electrical Room to the projection booth, then out the existing hole in the ceiling, which leads to the open steel trusses. Very tall step ladder and fall protection equipment OR scissor lift will be required.
c. All 3 APs cabling to ports 19-21 of the patch panel in LAB Electrical then to ports 15-17 of FHL-SW-01

This is a perfect opportunity for a contractor looking to augment their work, business, or freelance income on an on-going permanent part-time basis. Some weekday scheduling availability is a must.
