As a full-time Mental Health Worker, you will engage in individual, group, and family counseling/therapy to address psychological or emotional challenges.
- Facilitate therapy sessions and monitor client responses
- Analyze assessment results and devise suitable treatment plans

- Engage in research initiatives and ongoing professional training
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Social Work, coupled with at least 2 years of experience in adult mental health services. Familiarity with Indigenous communities and a strong understanding of trauma-informed care are valuable assets.
