Position Overview

As a Food Services Supervisor at GKL Enterprises Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team. Your leadership will ensure that our food preparation and service meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Training: Provide training to team members on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Resource Estimation: Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process for food service personnel.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
  • Budgeting: Prepare budget proposals and cost estimates for food services.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of the culinary genres relevant to our establishment.

Qualifications

Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Language: Proficiency in English is required.
