We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Anglers Dining Room at Dolphins Resort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
