Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team at Scrub City Uniforms. As a Retail Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide advice and guidance to customers on merchandise and services
  • Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems
  • Assist in display of merchandise and maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Greet customers and discuss type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control and prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
