Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement mine closure and reclamation plans that meet regulatory requirements and client expectations.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members on mine closure and reclamation planning.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data and information for mine closure and reclamation planning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mine closure and reclamation planning, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- A competitive salary range of $88,810 - $100,860 CAD per year.
