About the Role

Rapid Healthcare Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, such as calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and reconciling accounts.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balance of books and other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  • Client Focus: Provide excellent client service and maintain a client-focused approach in all interactions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
