Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team at D & S MATTRESS. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 35 to 37 hours per week
  • English language
