Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage client engagements, providing high-quality compilation, tax, and advisory services.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures, operational strategies, and process improvements.
  • Review tax provisions for clients and assist in the development of tax planning strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and effectively respond to their needs and suggestions.
  • Collaborate with managers and other senior managers for capacity and resource planning.
Requirements
  • Completion of Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in public accounting, with a proven track record of success in client service and business development.
  • Strong technical skills in accounting, auditing, and tax compliance.
  • Experience working with Caseware/Caseview, Excel, and Profile.
  • Advanced Canadian tax knowledge and Canadian GAAPs.
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and develop junior staff.
