Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Vice President of Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing numerous back-of-house departments, including Delivery, Warehousing, Reverse Logistics, and Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the strategic plan and ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness across all managed departments.
  • Departmental Management: Manage multiple departments, including Delivery, Warehousing, Reverse Logistics, and Customer Support.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures that improve operational performance.

Requirements
  • Senior Operations Experience: Proven experience in a senior operations role within a medium to large-sized company.

  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
