About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced glazier to join our team at B TOWN STICKERS. As a glazier, you will be responsible for installing and repairing glass in various settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, mark, and cut glass to precise specifications
  • Position and secure panes in frames, ensuring a watertight seal
  • Prepare detailed estimates and quotations for clients
  • Instruct and train apprentices in glass installation techniques
  • Assist in the preparation of shop drawings and blueprints
  • Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of other team members
  • Transport cases of glass safely and efficiently
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages, adhering to safety protocols
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Will train and develop skills in glass installation and fabrication
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 35-40 hours per week. The work language is English.
