The Housekeeping Room Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest accommodations at McNamara Hotel. This position is essential for ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

Educational Requirements
  • No formal education, certificate, or diploma is required.
Work Environment
  • Work is conducted in a hotel, motel, or resort setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough cleaning of floors through sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
  • Dust and maintain furniture surfaces.
  • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered items.
  • Make beds and change linens to ensure guest comfort.
  • Distribute fresh towels and toiletries for guest use.
  • Organize and stock the linen closet efficiently.
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Maintain cleanliness in operating rooms and other designated areas.
  • Collect debris and empty waste containers regularly.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Clean changing rooms and shower facilities.
Experience Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
  • Employment duration is permanent.
  • Work language is English.
  • Work hours range from 30 to 44 hours per week.
