Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic Foreman/Woman to join our team at Commercial Restaurant Solutions. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems in our commercial kitchen facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 refrigeration and air conditioning mechanics, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC components.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training of team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Materials and Equipment: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Registered Apprenticeship certificate in refrigeration and air conditioning.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license.
Work Environment

Our commercial kitchen facilities are fast-paced and physically demanding environments. You will be required to work under pressure, with tight deadlines, and in a noisy environment.
