Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic Foreman/Woman to join our team at Commercial Restaurant Solutions. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems in our commercial kitchen facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of refrigeration and air conditioning mechanics to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct site assessments to identify maintenance and repair needs, and develop plans to address these issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with other operational functions.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage inventory and requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance activities, including costs, schedules, and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance and repair.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
