Billing Supervisor Job Description

The YK Career Education Society is seeking a skilled Billing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our billing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and supervise staff in billing duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and maintain financial records
  • Coordinate and assign work tasks to team members
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure equipment is functioning properly
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • College or CEGEP education
  • 1-6 months of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
