Position Overview

The role of the Automotive Cleaning Operations Supervisor at Crystal Clean Auto & Truck Wash Ltd. involves overseeing the daily operations of the car wash facility, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop cleaning personnel to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Supervision: Direct and coordinate the activities of the cleaning staff to ensure optimal performance.
  • Service Enhancement: Identify and suggest additional services such as maintenance, repairs, or upgrades to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Oversight: Maintain accurate financial records related to operations.

Qualifications
