Automotive Operations Supervisor

As a key member of the Crystal Clean Auto & Truck Wash Ltd. team, the Automotive Operations Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our car wash facility. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for hiring and training new staff, maintaining financial records, and establishing work schedules.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be responsible for recommending additional services required by our customers, such as painting or repair work, and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
Working hours will be 35 hours per week, and the successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
English is the primary language spoken in the workplace, and the successful candidate will be required to have a strong understanding of the language.
