About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Manager to join our team at Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies Inc. Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of software projects.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure team members are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Architecture and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop software architectures that meet business requirements and are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
  • Agile Methodologies: Apply agile development methodologies to ensure rapid delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that software products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including product owners, architects, and other technical teams, to ensure that software products meet business requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6-8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in leading technical teams and managing software projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Golang, JavaScript, and experience with microservice architectures, relational database technologies, document stores, message queue systems, and agile development methodologies.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
