Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at FedEx Supply Chain. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate receiving, storing, and shipping of products to meet company standards of safety, security, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Inventory Management: Accurately receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities and product condition, and update inventory records accordingly.
  • Order Fulfillment: Select and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including equipment and materials, to ensure efficient operations and safety.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Communication: Collaborate with team members and management to resolve issues, share knowledge, and improve processes.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, with a strong understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical and Cognitive Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
