Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Hellcrust Pizza Co Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
